SCR Technology

NOx emissions are lowered by the injection of a reducing agent upstream of the SCR catalyst during the gaseous or liquid phase. Although SCR demands more investment in technology compared to other NOx abatement methods, it will reduce NOx emissions by more than 90%, depending on the type of combustion plant and the conditions under which it operates.
